Customers who prefer unlimited speed with usage cap can avail this service with easy to use 5G router with integrated Wi-Fi and subscribe to following broadband plans:

Terms and conditions:
  1. SIM shall be provided for free with the 5G CPE.

  2. For Postpaid 5G CPE subscribers:
    1. CPE shall be provided for free. The ownership of the 5G CPE provided shall remain with TashiCell.
    2. In the event of damage of the device after 12 months of service subscription, TashiCell shall replace the LTE CPE for free upon verification
    3. In the event of damage of the device due to events apart from force majeure and within first 12 months of service subscription period, client has to pay following upfront cost for device:
      1. Nu. 19,380 if it is Outdoor 5G CPE.
      2. Nu. 12,540 if it is Indoor 5G CPE.

    4. Initial Setup charge shall of Nu. 5,000 is applicable and will be reflected in the first month bill.
    5. Validity of the plan shall be based on billing cycle.
    6. If a subscriber renews or subscribes to different broadband plan in middle of the month, billing and data volume for that subscription shall be pro-rated.
    7. Customer shall sign a contract with TashiCell.
    8. Postpaid rental shall not be applicable.
    9. CPEs shall support 4G and 5G RATs only, Speed shall not be throttled. However, speed shall be limited by RAT (4G/5G) and there is no minimum guaranteed speed.
    10. 5G CPE shall be TashiCell network locked.
 
  1. For Prepaid 5G CPE subscribers:
    1. Only Indoor 5G CPE shall be available.
    2. Upfront of Nu. 12,540 shall be charged for Indoor CPE. Upfront charge shall be inclusive of initial setup charge.
    3. No warranty on the device.
    4. Can subscribe to any broadband plan from banking apps, SOMS, MyTashiCell app and eTeeru platform. 5% bonus for recharging from MyTashiCell app and eTeeru platform is applicable.
    5. Validity booster is not applicable. However, data balance shall be carried forward upon recharging any of the broadband plans.
 
  1. Relocation charge of Nu. 2,500 shall be applicable. For line relocation, the monthly MRC will continue to be billed irrespective of the days required for shifting the connection to the new location.
  2. Voice and pay per usage shall not be allowed for both prepaid and postpaid 5G CPE subscribers.
  3. Prepaid and Postpaid 5G CPE subscribers shall not be allowed to subscribe to normal data plans.
