VALIDITY OF TALKTIME RECHARGE
Once you buy a TashiCell SIM card, the SIM can be used for life unless damaged. However, if you don’t recharge even once before the validity of your subscribed talktime or data plan expires, your SIM can go into barring and suspend state (Check What happens if my SIM is barred? or What happens if my SIM is suspended? Questions).
Before the expiry of the validity of your subscribed talktime or data plan, you can recharge any amount to keep your SIM active and the number of days for which the SIM will be active for will depend on the amount you recharge as follows:

Note: If you recharge an amount equivalent to our data plan price you will get the data for that plan and if you recharge any amount not same as our data plan price you will get the same amount as talktime. It’s not that you’re paying additional to keep the SIM active.

No, you don’t have to pay any rental for the Prepaid service
Yes, you can make an international call from our Prepaid service but call charges will be applicable according to the different Charge Bands
No, International Roaming Facilities are not available for Prepaid service
Your SIM will be deactivated if you don’t recharge for more than 3 months.
Your SIM card is Barred or Suspended because your SIM validity has expired as you haven’t recharged.
You just need to recharge your SIM. It will automatically get in active status
Once your SIM is suspended you won’t be able to make outgoing calls but you can receive Incoming calls. Your balance will be nullified to zero & can’t be carried forwarded. Won’t receive promotional SMS.
Once your SIM is barred you won’t be able to make outgoing calls but you can receive Incoming calls. Your Talktime balance won’t be nullified to zero.
(Please recharged within 7 day to carry forward your remaining talk time balance)
This means that your SIM card is in barring state as your current SIM validity has expired.

Go to Online Services > Update your information >Enter your mobile number> You will receive an OTP > Enter the generated OTP> Click update my information tab > Fill in the information which is missing or which you want to correct > upload your CID copy > Click submit.

Go to Online Services > Update your information >Enter your mobile number > You will receive an OTP > Enter the generated OTP > download Ownership transfer form > Fill up the requirements in the form, affix a legal stamp, sign it and scan it. > Go to update my information tab and fill in your information correctly in the fields > Attach your CID copy & upload in “Upload your CID copy” field> Upload the scanned ownership transfer form in “Upload ownership transfer form” Field> Click submit.
