Yes, you need to pay Nu 300 monthly.
Yes, you can make an international call from our pre-paid service but call charges will be applicable according to the different Charge Bands.
Yes, International Roaming Facilities are available for post-paid service. You need to deposit Nu 10,000 as security deposit before activating international roaming facility. (please visit our nearest customer care center to avail this service).
If you have 3 pending invoices your SIM will be suspended.
If you have 2 pending invoices your SIM will be barred.
You won’t be able to receive Incoming calls and make outgoing calls.
You won’t be able to make outgoing calls but you can receive incoming calls.
You need to clear at least 2 pending bills/invoice.
You need to clear at lease clear 1 pending bill/invoice.
2% penalty will be charged on outstanding amount.
Your SIM will be deactivated.
- FREE: - Nu. 300 Talk time/SMS per Month
- Usage more than Nu.1000 and less than Nu. 3,000 = 20% discount
- Usage more than Nu.3000 and less than Nu. 5,000 = 25% discount
- Usage above Nu.5,000 = 30% discount
If you lose your SIM, you can temporarily suspend your service by calling 7700 to prevent unauthorized usage & charges on your account but your name and ID card number needs to be verified.
Your monthly postpaid bill will be emailed to your registered email address or we will send a hard copy to your official address.
