The following amendments are hereby issued as an addendum to the bidding documents and shall form an integral part of the tender:

1. The bid may be submitted electronically in a password-protected format.

2. The password shall be shared to gm.finance@tashicell.com after the bid submission deadline but before the opening of the tender.

3. All other terms and conditions of the bidding documents shall remain unchanged.
